Getting Started

If you are new to SGE, this section explains the key distinctions in how access and membership work — before you try to log in, access research, or apply for Blueprint.

SGE research is published at three access tiers. Open Access papers — currently the Economic Sovereignty Index 2025 and Global Capital Flows 2025 — are available to anyone without registration. Verified Member papers require a free account registration and identity verification. Blueprint Only papers require active Blueprint membership and Platform login with a hardware security key. Each paper displays its access tier in a badge in the top-left of its page. The full index of all papers and their access tiers is on the Blueprint Index.
Yes. The SGE Platform — including the Architect Forum, governance tool library, and all Blueprint Only research — is available exclusively to approved Blueprint Architects. If you have not yet applied for Blueprint, the application process begins at your-domain.com/apply. Enterprise organisations seeking institutional access (for teams, not individuals) should contact the Enterprise team at Enterprise Contact rather than applying through the individual Blueprint process.
Applications are submitted through the Apply page at your-domain.com/apply. The application requires 21 fields covering your enterprise structure, capital position, deployment thesis, and governance capability. Completed applications are reviewed by the SGE Architect Review Board. The review process includes a Capital Readiness Assessment, an Institutional Identity audit of your submitted documentation, and an interview. Approval is not guaranteed. Decisions are communicated within 14 business days of a complete application being received.
Blueprint is for individual Architects building their own sovereign enterprises. SGE Enterprise is for organisations — family offices, institutional investors, professional services firms, and academic institutions — that need access to SGE research, frameworks, or advisory at an institutional scale. Enterprise clients access research through multi-user licenses rather than individual memberships. See the Enterprise Overview for the full distinction.

Account & Access

First, confirm you are using the email address registered to your Blueprint account — this is the address to which your approval notification was sent. Second, confirm your hardware security key is inserted and recognised by your browser (Chrome and Firefox have the best WebAuthn support). Third, if you receive an "invalid credentials" error, use the Reset Access link on the login page — this will send a verification email to your registered address. If you have lost access to your registered email address, contact Support directly with your full name, registered organisation, and the last four digits of your hardware key serial number for manual verification.
Blueprint Only content represents the most sensitive institutional intelligence SGE publishes — governance frameworks, capital deployment methodologies, and compliance architecture that Blueprint Architects apply to real enterprise decisions. Hardware security keys (YubiKey or equivalent FIDO2 devices) provide phishing-resistant authentication that SMS codes and TOTP apps cannot match. This is not a policy preference — it is the security standard prescribed in SGE-INF-2025-001 (Digital Sovereign Infrastructure) and applied to the Platform itself. Supported keys: YubiKey 5 series, Google Titan, Feitian FIDO2. Keys must support WebAuthn/FIDO2. Older U2F-only keys are not supported.
No. Blueprint membership is individual and non-transferable. Access sharing — including sharing login credentials or passing downloaded content to non-members — constitutes a breach of membership terms and will result in suspension. If your organisation needs multi-user access, SGE Enterprise research licenses are designed for this purpose. Contact Enterprise Sales for licensing options starting from £4,800 per year.
Suspended status typically results from one of three causes: (1) the annual membership renewal payment has not been processed — check your registered billing email for a payment link; (2) the annual Blueprint review has identified a gap in the required evidence of active enterprise operation — you will have received a specific notification; (3) a conduct concern has been flagged by the Forum moderation team. In all cases, a notification email will have been sent to your registered address. If you have not received this email, check your spam folder or contact Support with your full name and registered email.

Blueprint Membership

Foundation is the entry tier for Architects in the capital accumulation phase (£500K–£2M deployable). It provides full research library access, governance document templates, and Forum participation, but excludes direct CEO advisory access and cohort events. Standard is the primary tier for Architects with active deployment programs (£2M–£10M deployable). It adds quarterly cohort sessions, annual Blueprint Summit access, IC paper review, and compliance horizon scanning. Principal is the highest tier for Architects with multi-jurisdiction sovereign enterprises (£10M+ deployable). It adds direct CEO access, bespoke architectural consultations, co-investment network priority, and the annual enterprise architecture review. Full details and indicative pricing at Platform Pricing.
At each annual renewal, the Architect Review Board assesses three things: evidence of active enterprise operation in the preceding year (deployment activity, governance event participation, or documented operational progress); completion of the annual Infrastructure Audit as defined in SGE-ARC-2025-002; and engagement with at least two Platform governance events. The evidence required is proportionate to your membership tier — Principal members undergo a more structured review than Foundation members. You will receive a renewal prompt 60 days before your membership anniversary with the specific documentation requested. Renewals not responded to within 30 days of the anniversary date result in automatic suspension pending review.
Yes. Tier upgrades are available at any point during your membership year, not only at renewal. To request an upgrade, submit the Tier Upgrade Form through your Platform account (My Membership → Request Upgrade). The upgrade requires a brief assessment by the Review Board — typically completed within 5 business days — and the additional membership fee is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your membership year. You must meet the capital readiness criteria for the target tier at the time of the upgrade request.
Platform access — including all Blueprint Only research, governance tools, and Forum access — terminates on the date your membership lapses. You will retain access to any Open Access and Verified Member content without a membership. Documents downloaded or saved during your membership period remain yours, but you will not receive new publications, intelligence updates, or cohort event invitations after lapse. Cancellations should be submitted through your Platform account at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. Membership fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period from initial approval.

Research Library

SGE publishes research on a quarterly cadence with the Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 publication windows. Each window typically produces 4–8 new papers across the active research series. Blueprint Architects receive advance notification of forthcoming publications through Platform intelligence updates approximately 2 weeks before each paper is released. The Q2 2025 publication pipeline — including the Sovereign Portfolio Stress-Testing Framework, Digital Asset Tax Optimisation Guide, and Governance Implementation Guide with full template library — is listed on the Blueprint Index.
Blueprint Only papers are accessible through your authenticated Platform session. Standard and Principal members may download PDF versions of papers to which they have access for personal use. Downloaded PDFs are watermarked with your membership identifier and are for individual use only — redistribution, sharing, or republication in any form is a breach of membership terms. Foundation members have read-only browser access without PDF download. The right to access is personal and does not extend to sharing downloaded materials.
Yes. The Research Requests channel in the Architect Forum is a direct line to the SGE Research Division. Requests that attract significant interest from multiple Architects are prioritised in the quarterly publication schedule. Standard and Principal members may also submit research requests directly through their Platform account (My Research → Submit Request). Principal members may request bespoke analysis engagements that are not included in the standard publication schedule — these are scoped and priced separately through the CEO access channel.
Research papers listed in the index but showing a gated state are either: (1) at a higher access tier than your current membership — check the access badge on the paper; (2) not yet published — some papers in the Q2/Q3 pipeline appear in the index ahead of publication; or (3) your Platform session has timed out and requires re-authentication. Try refreshing and logging in again. If you believe you should have access based on your membership tier but the gate persists, contact Support with the paper reference number (e.g. SGE-CAP-2025-001).

Platform Tools

Governance templates are available in Platform → Tools → Governance Library. The current library includes the Investment Committee Paper template, the Delegated Authority Matrix template, the Management Information Pack template, the CEO Override Record format, and the Counterparty Intelligence Record template. The complete Governance Implementation Guide — including the Founder's Mandate and full Board Charter templates — is scheduled for Q2 2025 publication. Standard and Principal members have access to all current templates; Foundation members have access to the IC Paper and MIP templates.
The CEO Access Channel is the direct advisory relationship between Blueprint Principal members and the SGE CEO. It is available through Platform → My Membership → CEO Channel. Principal members may submit architectural consultation requests — questions about specific deployment decisions, governance challenges, or enterprise construction sequencing — through this channel. Responses are typically returned within 3 business days. The channel is not a general support function; it is a strategic advisory resource for substantive architectural questions. Operational support queries (account access, billing, technical issues) should be directed to the Support contact below.
Standard members receive one IC paper review per quarter — a structured assessment of a submitted Investment Committee paper against the Blueprint standard defined in SGE-CAP-2025-001. Submit your IC paper through Platform → Tools → IC Review. The review is returned within 5 business days with specific commentary on thesis quality, diligence completeness, deal structuring analysis, and governance process adherence. The review does not constitute investment advice — it assesses the governance and analytical quality of the IC paper against the institutional standard. Principal members receive unlimited IC reviews through the CEO Access Channel.

Architect Forum

Foundation members have access to four channels: General Architecture, Capital & Markets, Research Requests, and Events & Cohort. The Deal Flow (Principal only) and Jurisdiction Intelligence (Standard and Principal) channels require a higher membership tier. This restriction reflects the nature of those channels — proprietary deal flow sharing and operational jurisdiction intelligence are most valuable to Architects with active deployment programs at the scale that Standard and Principal membership reflects.
Four standards govern Forum conduct. Disclosure accuracy: share deal flow and intelligence with the same accuracy you would in an IC paper — selective omission is a conduct violation. Counterparty privacy: intelligence about specific counterparties received in the Forum stays in the Forum — do not share it outside your governance structure without written consent. Commercial boundaries: no paid promotion or undisclosed commercial relationships with services you recommend. Jurisdictional compliance: you remain responsible for ensuring your disclosures comply with the financial promotions regime of your jurisdiction. Full conduct standards are in the Forum guidelines document in Platform → Forum → Community Standards.
Use the Report function on any Forum post (three-dot menu → Report) to flag a specific message. Reports go directly to the Forum moderation team and are reviewed within one business day. For serious or urgent concerns — particularly those involving disclosure accuracy or counterparty privacy breaches — use the Priority Conduct Report form in Platform → Support → Conduct Report. All reports are treated as confidential. The identity of the reporting Architect is not disclosed to the subject of the report during the initial investigation.

Enterprise Support

Enterprise clients are assigned a named account manager at the start of their engagement. If you cannot recall your account manager's contact details, email Contact Support with your organisation name and the nature of your query — the support team will route it to the correct person within one business day. For general Enterprise enquiries that are not associated with an existing engagement, use the Enterprise Contact form.
License user changes are managed through your Enterprise account administrator. The account admin can add, remove, or change named users through the Enterprise Admin Portal (enterprise.your-domain.com/admin). Changes to the number of licensed users that change your billing tier must be confirmed with your account manager. If you do not know who your account admin is, contact Support with your organisation name.
Education Program participants receive access credentials via their registered email address within 2 business days of enrolment confirmation and payment. The Practitioner Certificate and Team Certification programs are delivered through the SGE Learning Environment (learning.your-domain.com). The Academic Curriculum package is delivered via a separate facilitator portal with LMS integration support. If a participant has not received their credentials within 3 business days, contact Support with the organisation name, participant name, and program name.

Technical & Security

Chrome (version 70+) and Firefox (version 60+) have the most reliable WebAuthn/FIDO2 support. Safari on macOS 14+ and iOS 16+ supports passkeys but hardware key support is more limited — use Chrome or Firefox on desktop for the most reliable experience. Edge (Chromium-based) also works well. Internet Explorer is not supported. Mobile browser support for hardware keys depends on the device's NFC capability (for NFC-enabled YubiKeys) or USB-C connection (for YubiKey 5C Nano). Contact Support if you encounter specific browser compatibility issues.
Personal data associated with your Blueprint membership is retained for 7 years from your last active membership date in accordance with our data retention schedule and UK financial services record-keeping requirements. You may request a full export of your account data at any time through Platform → My Account → Data Export. Deletion requests are subject to the retention requirements — we cannot delete data that we are required to retain by law. For full details, see the Privacy Policy sections on data retention and your rights.
Security concerns should be reported immediately to Contact Support with "SECURITY" in the subject line. For responsible disclosure of a potential vulnerability in SGE systems, use the same contact with "RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE" in the subject. We acknowledge security reports within 4 hours and provide an initial assessment within 24 hours. Do not post security concerns in the Architect Forum or any public channel — report them directly and privately.
No. SGE does not use member data, Forum content, or Platform activity for AI model training. The Privacy Policy prohibits this use explicitly. SGE Claude products are ad-free, and Anthropic's policy prevents advertisers from paying to have outputs promoted in conversations. For the complete data use policy, see the Privacy Policy.

Billing & Membership

Billing details are updated through Platform → My Account → Billing. You can update your payment card, billing address, and VAT number from this screen. Changes take effect immediately for future payments — they do not apply to invoices already issued. If you need to update billing details for an invoice already in dispute, contact Support with your invoice number.
Blueprint membership fees are subject to UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) for UK-resident members. EU members are subject to VAT in their country of residence under the reverse charge mechanism — provide your VAT number on the billing screen for the reverse charge to apply. Members outside the UK and EU are not subject to UK VAT. Enterprise research licenses follow the same VAT treatment. All invoices include a full VAT breakdown. SGE is registered for UK VAT — the VAT registration number appears on all invoices.
All Blueprint membership fees are billed annually in advance at the start of each membership year. There is no monthly billing option. Multi-year pre-payment at a reduced rate is available on request for Principal members — contact your account manager or the CEO Access Channel to discuss. Enterprise research licenses are also billed annually, with multi-year agreements available at reduced rates through Enterprise Sales.
