Latest Advancements
This section documents the most recent additions and extensions to the SGE methodology and research archive. SGE treats its research programme as a living intellectual architecture — one that is continuously refined, extended, and updated as deployment evidence accumulates, as counterparty and market conditions evolve, and as the Blueprint Architect community's operational experience produces new questions that the existing methodology does not yet fully address.
Advancements are published when there is a material extension to the methodology — not on a promotional schedule. An update to a single paper's framework, the addition of a new deployment case to an existing analysis, or the resolution of a methodological question that has been open in the Blueprint community are all grounds for a methodology advancement notice.

New Paper: The Sovereign Capital Architecture Framework
Blueprint Theory Series · BT-001
BT-001 published — the foundational paper establishing the theoretical and operational basis for the complete Blueprint methodology across 17 jurisdictions. 94 pages. Establishes the five-component architecture (Capital Readiness, Governance, Intelligence, Integrity, Deployment Strategy) that every subsequent Blueprint paper elaborates.

Sovereign Systems Series Complete
Sovereign Systems · S-01, S-02, S-03
All three Sovereign Systems papers published: S-01 (Sovereign Information Doctrine), S-02 (CEO Authority Protocol), S-03 (Enterprise Integrity System). The series provides the operational counterpart to the Blueprint Theory foundations — the specific system disciplines that convert Blueprint principles into institutional practice.

Capital Frameworks Series Published
Capital Frameworks · C-01, C-02, C-03
The Capital Frameworks series published in full: C-01 (Sovereign Deal Structuring), C-02 (Debt Structuring for Sovereign Enterprises), C-03 (Equity Value Creation at the Sovereign Standard). Provides the transaction-level capital architecture that Blueprint Theory describes at the principle level.

Platform Infrastructure
The Blueprint Platform launched with the Sovereign Ledger, IC documentation framework, co-investment network, and direct CEO engagement channel. Available to all approved Blueprint Architects.

The following methodology areas are under active research development for Q2–Q3 2025. Publication dates are not confirmed in advance of completion. Research is published when it meets the SGE evidential standard — not on a schedule.
Integration Governance Framework
A Blueprint-standard framework for the governance of integration in sovereign enterprise operations — covering information security, decision accountability, and the specific governance architecture required when tools are incorporated into IC, Sovereign Ledger, and deal analysis processes.
Africa Multi-Jurisdictional Deployment Architecture
An extended architecture research paper covering the specific governance and compliance requirements for Blueprint-standard deployment across the West African, East African, and Southern African markets in the SGE operating geography.
Blueprint Theory Addenda Series
Working paper extensions to selected Blueprint Theory papers, incorporating deployment evidence from the Blueprint Architect community's 2024–2025 experience. Six addenda under preparation.
