SILENT GOD ENTERPRISE — CAREERS
Work at SGE
We are building institutional infrastructure for sovereign enterprises. We hire rarely and selectively — each person who joins SGE must be capable of operating at the institutional standard we prescribe to Architects. If that bar sounds high, it is. It is also the reason working here is genuinely different from working anywhere else.

Open Roles
Senior Research Analyst
SGE Research Division
Lead the production of institutional-quality research papers across the Economic Research and Capital Frameworks series. You will own the analytical process from thesis to publication — primary research, quantitative modelling, peer review, and editorial quality assurance. You understand sovereign enterprise capital structure at depth, write with precision, and hold your conclusions to evidentiary standards that would survive rigorous peer challenge.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years institutional investment research, private equity analysis, or equivalent
- Deep familiarity with UK and EM capital markets and regulatory environments
- Track record of producing research that influences real capital allocation decisions
- Writing that is precise, authoritative, and free of generic consultancy language
- Comfort with the Blueprint governance framework — candidates who have not read SGE-ARC-2025-001 before applying will not proceed
Platform Engineer
Technology
Own the technical infrastructure of the SGE Platform — the authenticated research delivery system, the governance tool library, the Sovereign Ledger integration layer, and the security architecture that protects Blueprint Architect data. You are deeply competent in web security, authentication infrastructure (WebAuthn/FIDO2), and data architecture. You have built things that operate at institutional security standards and understand why the standards exist, not just what they require.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years backend engineering with security-first architecture
- WebAuthn/FIDO2 implementation experience
- Equivalent PostgreSQL-as-a-service with RLS
- Understanding of immutable audit-trail data architecture
- Familiarity with UK data protection requirements (UK GDPR)
Enterprise Account Manager
Enterprise
Own the relationship with SGE's Enterprise clients — family offices, institutional investors, and professional services firms holding research licenses, education program enrollments, and advisory engagements. You are the interface between institutional clients with sophisticated requirements and the SGE team that delivers on them. You are organised, precise in communication, and capable of navigating complex institutional relationships with the same calibre that our research demands of Architects.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years account management in institutional financial services, professional services, or B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders at family offices or institutional investors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — your emails are as precise as our research papers
- CRM discipline — you do not let follow-ups slip or communication quality degrade under volume
- Familiarity with the Blueprint framework and the institutional environment our clients operate in

How We Work
◎
Institutional Standard in Everything
The standard we prescribe to Blueprint Architects in their enterprise operations is the standard we hold ourselves to internally. Meeting minutes are documented. Decisions are recorded. Commitments are kept or immediately renegotiated with an explanation. If you find process discipline suffocating, SGE is not the right environment. If you find it clarifying, it probably is.
⬡
Remote-First with Deliberate In-Person
We operate remotely by default. We gather in person quarterly — for strategic reviews, research sessions, and the Blueprint Summit. Travel for in-person work is expected four times per year. Quarterly gatherings are in London unless otherwise agreed. We do not have mandatory office attendance between these gatherings.
◈
Direct, Written Communication
Our default communication mode is written — Slack for real-time, email for formal, and documented records for decisions. We write clearly and precisely because our work requires it. If your written communication is not as strong as your verbal communication, we will work on it. If the gap is very large, this role is probably not right.
⟁
Long-Horizon Thinking
SGE is not a startup optimising for a near-term exit. We are building institutional infrastructure that we intend to operate for decades. We hire people who can think in the same timeframe — who make decisions based on what is right for the institution over the long run rather than what produces the best short-term output.
◻
No Performance Theatre
We do not have performance reviews that require you to compile a list of your contributions. We do not have OKRs that generate reporting overhead. We know what good work looks like in each role, we communicate expectations clearly, and we manage performance through direct, honest conversation rather than administrative systems.
Apply
To apply for any open role, send the following to the careers address below. We read every application. We respond to every application that reaches the interview stage. We do not send automated rejection emails — if you do not hear from us within 14 business days, your application was not selected for the current search.
Subject Line
Role title + your name. Example: 'Senior Research Analyst — Jordan Osei'
Cover Letter
One page. Why SGE specifically. What you understand about the Blueprint framework that makes you a fit for this role. Not a summary of your CV.
CV / Résumé
Factual. Dates, roles, outputs. No design flourishes. Concise enough to be read in under three minutes.
Work Sample
One piece of work that best represents what you do at your best. Research roles: an analytical piece. Engineering roles: a project or repository. Account management roles: a written client communication or proposal.

We hire for institutional character first and technical skill second — not because technical skill is less important, but because we can develop technical depth in a person who already thinks institutionally. We cannot instil institutional character in a person who does not have it. If you read the Blueprint Architecture Principles paper (SGE-ARC-2025-001) and found it genuinely interesting rather than overly formal, that is a reasonable signal that your instincts are aligned with the environment.
