What Blueprint Is
Blueprint is the SGE institutional programme for sovereign enterprise operators who meet the capital readiness, governance architecture, and institutional character criteria required to deploy capital at the Blueprint Standard. It is not a training programme, an advisory service, or a mastermind community. It is an admission-based institutional programme for enterprises that are ready to deploy — and that have built, or are building, the specific architecture that institutional deployment requires.
Blueprint provides three things that no other programme provides in combination: the complete SGE research methodology (247 papers, continuously updated), direct CEO engagement on governance and deployment decisions, and verified access to the Blueprint co-investment network — a curated group of Architects deploying across seventeen jurisdictions under the same institutional standard.
Who Blueprint Is For
Blueprint is for the CEO, Founder, or principal of an enterprise with deployable capital, a specific deployment thesis, an active or planned Investment Committee, and the institutional character to hold the Blueprint Standard through adverse conditions. If you are exploring whether institutional capital deployment is right for you, Blueprint is not the right programme yet. The qualifying criteria are described in detail in the Blueprint Qualification Architecture paper (BT-009) and assessed through the Capital Readiness Score framework (BT-008).

How to Apply
Blueprint applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The application requires completion of the Blueprint Application form — a structured assessment of your capital position, governance architecture, professional background, deployment thesis, and institutional character. Applications that do not meet the minimum qualifying criteria are declined at the automated screening stage. Applications that meet the criteria are reviewed by the SGE CEO within 10 business days.
